What you will do

  • Build and lead Fig's sales motion for teams and enterprise
  • Leverage our network of over 100k users across 10s of thousands of organisations to talk to teams, understand their pain points, and help them use Fig to solve them
  • Help hire and grow Fig's sales team

Key Qualifications

  • Hustle
  • Great organisation (Inbox zero type)
  • Great communicator (clear, concise, friendly)
  • Experience in sales / business development
  • Basic familiarity with the shell (bash/zsh/fish), terminals, CLIs

Bonus Points

  • Extensive sales background, specifically in developer tools / infrastructure
  • Ability to code (so you can fix bigs, build demos, scrape, and more)
  • Familiarity with web technologies like typescript, react, html/css
