Provide technical support across email, Discord, Twitter, GitHub, meetups, and community events
Build and maintain a self-serve support system for users
Help prioritize Fig's roadmap by presenting weekly support summaries
Contribute to Fig's public autocomplete repo

Key Qualifications
Great organisation (Inbox zero type)
Great communicator (clear, concise, friendly)
Background working directly with users/customers (e.g. support, sales, business development)
Familiarity with the shell (bash/zsh/fish), terminals, CLIs
Fast typist!!
Bonus Points
Background using tools like Arch Linux, vim, neovim, emacs
Background as a sysadmin + familiarity with servers, remote machines etc
Familiarity with web technologies like typescript, react, html/css
